Questions: I need to replace the push-pull window tracker with stamp 3250, the channel length is 33", the track also have another number 32 5 BM CMC 32 5 FU CMC 2 32 9 CW CMC What are those number 32 5 xx yy mean. so, which one is the correct replacement part.

channel length : 33 inches long Stamp on metal: 32 3 JN Caldwell Sash height 34 1/4" , Width 32 5/8" Sash weight 22 LBS need 2 balances and 2 window mounts(see photo)

Hello, Can you please help me find the correct window channel balancer to order. The balancer I have is a non-tilt channel balancer, measures 33 inches (just the silver part) in length and 1/2 inch width. There is a 32-4 stamped on the window balancer. I am trying to figure out exactly which channel balance I need to replace this one that no longer works. The stamp is 3230 and then has BSI and OJ on the stamp.

When we lift up the window, the rail stays up. We followed directions on how to fix it and got the string to go back in it's place but it keeps doing the same thing. I believe we need a replacement rail (block and Tackle Sash and the plastic ends.
