S385-33 33" Series 385 Channel Balance

I took off a broken block & tackle balance in a 20-yer in Milgard window sash. I easured it: its metal channel is 33" long, it is 1/2" wide (actually measures 9/16"), it has a printed stamp on it reading "32-4" and both plastic ends have wings. Unsure of the window weight. Double pane vinyl 30 x 29. I think I need the larger bottom fittings (15-004?) because there already is all kinds of play in my other installed windows (way too much I think). Thanks for your help! -Matt

The markings are "32 4 IO CALDWELL"

Marking= 32 3 DX CMC 7 Length=33". Width= 1/2"

Milgard window is 33 1/2" W X 34 13/16" L It weighs 22lbs. The balance has winged guides.

I have a Milgard single hung window in need of new balancers. I have attached pics of the part # and ends. Can you tell me which ones I need? Also, the metal part of the balancer is about 33" long.

Measures 33", clip is 7/8", 1/2 inch wide.

Hello, We are looking to replace our window balances. Our windows do not tilt outwards, they just move up and down. The marking on them says Caldwell 32-5-GS I believe. The metal part measures 33 inches and the depth is just over a half inch.
