S385-36 36" Series 385 Channel Balance

I'm assuming this may have to be a custom order but I have attached pictures of the broken balance. It says 35ds 37 bsi. It's 36" in length and I ordered the S385-36 option 3550 which is too small. The ordered pet is not 36" in length, it's actually 34". Is there a reason it's short? Please advise. ... (cont.)

Not counting the connectors, the metal body is 30 inchese

on one old balance found in attic stamp said 35DS IMP 55L RS the IMP is imprinted vertically and RS letter on end are much smaller. @ windows are very heavy one probobly between 50 and 60 LBS

Hello, I think these windows need a top holder. There are 2 windows which have a lot of side to side movement. Channels will fall out, wither staying at bottom (fixed when I reconnected the pulley) or stay at top of frame when sash is pulled back down. Top of channel, you can still see the plasti ... (cont.)

I have an impact window manufactured by Lawson that uses S385-36 balancers but the window weighs 55lbs. Does S385-36 come in weight ratings greater than 35lbs?

I beleive I have an S385-36" balance. My stamp reads "35D S37 imp". My sash is impact glass and weighs 36 Lbs. What option should I go with? Do I need a custom balance?

I need a S385-36 balance, the one I took out was stamped 3518. Which option would I pick for that stamping. I was not able to weigh the window, it is 32x36 double pain aluminum frame. Thanks for your help. Marty
