Looking for bottom piece of double hung window balance assembly parts. I need 8 of them. Do you have parts that work for our window balance? It suppose to be Bonneville window.

This metal assembly appears to have a broken end. It's stuck about halfway up the side of the window track. Online it says this is the 'locked' position and to fix I need to insert flathead screwdriver and turn the 'U' shape into a 'C' shape. There's no U or C shape because it's broken off. Help! ... I can't find an exact replacement on your site. No brand name on the window. Uses a 28" long, 3/8" diameter, yellow/orange tip sprial ballance. Shoe measures 1/2" thick 1" wide 2-1/8" tall. Hello! I believe item 15-179 (Pivot Lock Shoe, 9/16") would work for the attached picture. The measurements seems correct but I'm a little nervous - this is my first time ordering these parts. Any advise would be welcome! Many thanks!

This lock shoe is out of a 1988 Timeline single hung window. The manufacturer no longer exists wondering if there is a crossover part for both the lock shoe and the bottom pivot bar.The balance spring has a combination of letters and numbers stamped into it----p C2645. I have looked at each window in this house to find a manufacturer or number and there is nothing. All I need are to swivel pins.

I bought 27B balances from you guys and have had no problem replacing several of them until this window that the pins at the bottom of the sash that fit into the cam (195) are rusted completely.
