My window brand says "Malta" I need about 4 of them.

pivot bar for Gorell 5300 double hung pivot windows Can't get screw out so hope this works for you. If not will destroyer screw and get the bar out.

I moved into a condo that has Silverline single tilt windows. Some of the seals were broken and those windows have been replaced. The part is metal pin, that keeps the window in place. The one in the picture is good, most of the other windows are rusted.

Hi, my bedroom slide up and down windows (2) side by side windows coils and the parts got broken, so the windows are sliding sown to the bottom always, no way I can keep it up (open). I have a part that fits into the frame of the window and let's the window roll up and down. The piece that connects the part to the window is broke on one side. On the other side it's a metal piece that slides into the bottom or a double hung window.

The house we recently purchased has two different eras of tilt windows, half from the mid 80's, the other half from the early 20's. The older windows use a spiral balancer system while the newer ones use the metal coil system. (see picture) Is it possible to retrofit the older windows using a newer ... (cont.)
