I have a slightly different style of coil balance than your series 161, but the specifications seen to match (it's 9/16 thick and 1 1/4 wide). I couldn't read the rating on it, but it appears to be a 6, although the window weighed 10.4 lbs when I checked it. Is a pair of 6 lb series 161 coil balance ... (cont.)

Can you help identify this Pivot Bar.

Have a tilt window with broken spiral balance on right side. Various connecting pieces broken both sides and on the window itself. I can identify the pictures if needed. I had 10 pictures. Hoping to sent the rest in 2nd message.

I need both the pivot shoe and bar for an Americancraftsman window. The part number on the shoe is 985-2A.

Hi. I need to identify this pivot bar holder. The first picture is a pivot bar holder undamaged in the frame. The second one is what came out of the frame on the side that is broken. We try to find these parts 1. Balance shoe for holding the window in place and when the window go up and down 2. Tilt latches

Just want to make sure I'm getting the correct parts, I need 4 Spirals and 4 of the plastic "holders" for the pivot bars. I already have the rest of the parts. As you can see, the Salt air has pretty much ruined the pivots.

I did not remove the parts because they are located on upstairs widows and that would leave them exposed and open too dangerous, so I took pictures of the identical windows located down stairs.

Not sure the brand, but these spring lifts are failing. Each of six sash is 23x27", insulated glass. One photo shows a part number. Would one of your products likely adapt to fit?

SEE ATTACHED PHOTO FOR REFERNCE. I RECENTLY PURCHASED AND REPLACED THE SPIRAL BALANCES FOR MY WINDOWS (11)TOTAL. WORK GREAT NOW. SOME OF THE THE METAL PIVOT PART ALSO NEED TO BE REPLACED. 10616L IS NUMBER ON STAMPED ON SHOE. LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

Hi Swisco, We just moved to a new house and do not know the brand of our windows. But, we have a couple windows where the pivot bar is no longer holding the window to the frame. The piece that holds the pivot bar (I think it's called the pivot shoe (one of the images above)) had "530C" on it, which ... (cont.)

Hello, I'm looking to get some of these. The only dimension missing is for the location of the M4 hole. It's 1" in from the side.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Karl

I need to purchase two pivot pins for the top sash of a double hung window. I think the pin matches this one-flared pivot bar 2 1/2" 26-412. the original pin on one side broke off inside the pivot shoe and I don't know how to get it out of the shoe. Is there a replacement shoe that I can get for ... (cont.)
