Having trouble finding 4 of these to replace the old ones with broken springs. The aluminum length is 20.25. Cannot find the stamped number of 3048B anywhere.

I pulled the channel balance device out of my peach tree double hung non tilt windows. The channel has a number 3648 on it. The metal channel measures 20.25 inches by 1/2 inch. I don have the 19.25... stamp on my channel, the only numbers on mine are: 2448C on the end the rollers are located. The balances are 20 1/4" long and 1/2" wide. Can you Id what I need based on this info.
