I'd like to order a window balancer and a shoe for my window and an extra shoe and some other parts, could you tell me what kind of shoe is in the picture and a balancer, thanks

I have a double window with broken balancers and tilt pins. The attached pictures are the broken balancer and picture and number on an identical window I have that is in good condition.

Bonniville windows, manufactured in Canada went out of business. The small white metal piece on each side of the window, attaches the window to the spring mechanisms. This piece breaks easily. Attached are two (2) photos of what parts I need. I have Gorell double hung 5305 windows and will be buying your part number 58-182 .187 t-slot weatherseal for all 42 windows. I removed a small window to check the size and now can't get it back in. Any suggestions, hints or videos? I am in my 70's and female. Thanks Judy

Unfortunately I am unable to locate any stickers or markings on the window. I am not sure what brand they are.

We live in the U.S, but our home is a Canadian built. We can't find markings on the hardware or windows, but they are double hung. I have a slightly different style of coil balance than your series 161, but the specifications seen to match (it's 9/16 thick and 1 1/4 wide). I did not remove the parts because they are located on upstairs widows and that would leave them exposed and open too dangerous, so I took pictures of the identical windows located down stairs.

There are no identification marks or numbers on either the part for the window
