I am in need of some parts to repair my Gapco windows. I need Spiral Balances, Tilt Latches, and 'Trim' (I'm not sure what this is called, so am calling it Trim until you correct me). Hi, the pictures show the parts that I need and the window code Year etc. I need 1) the white vinyl tube that covers the spiral balance 2) the white small vinyl (rectangle) part at the top of spiral balance 3) tilt latch

There are no names, numbers, or markings on these parts. They appear to be able to be assembled and used on either side of the window; but if a suitable replacement is side-specific, I need 2 each of left and right. There are only 2 windows in the house using these particular tilt-in catch releases. ... (cont.)

Looking for these parts. They measure. 3 7/16 × 1 1/4 × 5/16. Hole to hole measure 2 5/16 from center hole to edge of lock measure 7/8. Thanks

Looking for item in attached picture. (Release latched for tilt in sash) they measure 3 1/2" long. A shy 1 1/4 wide. Screws holes about 2 1/4 on center. Color: Bronze

22-261 is the wrong part for us. We need something that looks like these photos. Left and right side mount top tilt latches - the inter- changeable ones (22-261) just don't fit - they don't drop down in the slot and also the tang with the screw hole is too short. Part #1 I see the number 3 inscribed on the gold piece of the part. Part #2 On the underside, I see the letters c-ANY and 1356 Part #3 on the Front Side has a P52 and then at the bottom it says lock and on the back of part 3 it has a P51 and P61 and a number 5 as well.
