I live in Canada. Can't seem to find a Canadian dealer with this part. My crank works fine, but the lock "snapped" when I latched it THe following numbers apply: CCMC 9184 &11404 Brevet Can 1,160,, 103 Brevet USA #4,440 M90 A3,B3 C3, F2

The inside plastic piece broke. The window lock itself is fine. Can I just replace plastic!

I need hinges and locks for 6 awning windows. The part that attaches to the frame is 12" and the part that attaches to the window is about 24". These windows are 40" x 60" wood aluminum clad. Inside the latch is a picture of a house with truth underlined to right of house. To the left of the house is numbers 45189 with a 6 underneath. HI We noticed all the keepers on tow casement windows are missing; evidently removed during painting and then lost. The crank indicted they are Hurd brand and are over 20 years old. I've shown the keeper latch in both the open and locked position. What do you recommend?

Hello-I'm looking for a replacement casement window lock for my wood Vetter Windows. The plastic mechanism that connects to the anchor has broken. It's the right window for a double window in my bedroom. If you can help, I'd be very grateful!

I have the 38-144 lock and then the secondary one on top. How do these work without the little pin that goes into the bar that connects them? Do I just have to replace both locks with one of these, so they work independently, and not use the bar? Thanks!

We do not know if this is a Pella or Anderson window. There are no identifying numbers. I have no measurements. It may be an unknown company to us. This is on a wood casement window. Looking for an Andersen casement lock, appears to be from roughly the 70's.

The attached photos show the front and back of the metal latch housing and the nylon locking mechanism which is broken. I'd like to purchase several pieces of the nylon part.
