Hi! My Truth casement operator and crank have come apart. The handle just fell out one day, it appears broken. The handle no longer opens or closes the window as it does not engage the gears. This window operator seems to match up with your part number 39-036 the differences that the length of the long arm on mine is 6 1/2" from end to end. We are searching for a Truth Entryguard Operator and are having trouble locating one with an arm that is roughly 9" when fully extended.

Hi Swisco- I'm looking for 2 styles of Truth operators from the 90's. What makes them unique is that they they have a mounting base that is only 1 1/4" deep rather than the current entrygards that are over 2" deep. I will attempt to attach a couple of photos. Picture shows two single arm operators. Shape is the same, but numbers punched on them is different. The shaft of one of them has come out. On one of them it is marked 30842R.
