I need two of this set complete.

There were no numbers showing and the vinyl is maybe 20 years old up in northern Michigan I do know it is a double coil balancer but that's about it if you need more info I can get it for you

Several of my Anlin Catalina windows no longer stay open. It appears that the plastic part below the circular parts has broken.

Looking for replacement balance spring system for 2 windows one 50" tall and the other 71". Please see pictures attached of the 2 parts I'm looking for.

My photo does not show two coil clips, but there were two; each has its own screw; each 1 1/4 W x 1 3/8 High x 9/16 Deep. Each clip has #5 coil. The shoe is also 1 1/4 W x 1 3/8 High x 9/16 Deep. It's the shoe and the upper coil. The upper piece says parent number 6,978,169 and is 1.25 inches wide. I don't see any markings on the shoe, unfortunately.

Looking for replacement part as shown in photo. Any chance you could possibly help me locate the part?

Looking for 10 to 20 pivot rods that have a defect where they break at the screw hole (closest to edge of window). Also there is the occasional break of the pivot piece (other picture) where I should get a few as well. lease let me know asap.

I need to replace the spring coil assembly on my anlin single hung windows. It is a dual style coil assembly. the top coil has a part number called 6y engraved and the bottom coil has 5 engraved. part number stamp on the white plastic piece is already erased. Folks- I have a few double hung sash (upper and lower are identical) windows which have defective "coil balances" that have snapped\broke over the years. Attached please see a few pics of the coil, along with the width and depth of the jamb. The sash weighs 21 pounds. Is it possible to upgrade with ... (cont.)

The plastic cases on the coil balances shown in the photos are cracking and falling apart. Recently I purchased a pair of your coil balances p/n S140-11 to try in one of the failed, single sash windows. Hi, I am looking for a replacement window balance. The metal spring is broken. The windows has a balance on each side. These were purchased in 2016 and are now collapsing. These are custom windows. We are sure that the sash weight is correct for this balance. Is there a reason to believe another balance may hold up better?

two coils attached on same side. same attachment point. there is a '5' punched into the coil plastic part has Pat #5,704,165 and 530 markings Customer disassembled and brought these parts to me. I have not seen the sash. The house was built in 2012 I will want a right and left
