I am looking for a bottom sash pivot bar that is 2.5 inches long. 3/8 inches wide, and has 3 holes. Cant find it anywhere. Let me know if you can help. Thanks!

I need to replace this 2.5. inch pivot bar from a tilting window. These are to fit into swissco S140-12 coil balance. Distance from the end of the pivot bar to the two screw holes is 1-3/16" and 1-7/8".

Looking for replacement parts. The current parts are constantly breaking. I am looking for replacement parts. Please advise on part # and costs

I have a SWC double hung Vinyl Window. I need replacement parts for the following: -Metal tilt pin of the bottom sash -Metal receiving "drum" for the tilt pin on the side of the frame (see photo, both sides broke)

Hinge says H12 on it

This balance shoes use series 159 coil balance. the pivot bar with housing is 1173D.

It says 25 on the back. And a 6 or 9 on the topKarenMy husband says it is not the right one. It won't fit in the shoe. The bigger end

The left coil balance has an 8L marking and the patent number 6,378,169. The right coil balance an 8R marking and the same patent number. The pivot shoe has a U shaped opening the bar and attaches to the coil on the inside.

Need 6 of the coil balances, need help finding out the part number. Also one of the bottom metal screw on pins. Also the tool that opens the track to get the coil balance in.

Please let me know if you have this kind of balances.

we need replacement parts for our single hung vpi windows. we need springs, connectors and dowels. we also need directions on how to remove and install the new parts without cutting the frame. We are the homeowners thanksconnie

There are no names and numbers parts on the parts. The pictures show how the latch holds the window from sliding down.
