The crank mechanism on this window is functional, but once the window is opened to the halfway point, the arm connector drops out of the track and has to be manually reinserted to close the window.

I ordered operators (39-156 - Caradco Window Crank, 9-1/2) but they do not work. I believe the link arm is too short. can you tell me which operator to order

Hello, I need to replace a right and a left Truth Entry Guard operator. I'd also like to replace the cranks and covers with folding cranks and covers if that is possible.

I need to replace the crank from a Marvin window. The identifying numbers/letters on the window are 01 IGCC CBA IGMAC made in 1991 A couple of the teeth on the gear in the crank have broken off

my operator looks like your EntryGard Dual Arm Operator 39-031. The numbers stamped on mine differ from that I saw in the video (https://www.swisco.com/videos/view35) which showed an actual window installation near the end (0:43).
