We have several windows that are missing the handles. Some handles have the spindle/gear at the end, while others are just the handle and there is nothing to connect them to the operator. A few missing the covers and a couple of windows that do have the handle and has no problem opening the window, ... (cont.)

Request assistance with identifying the correct casement window closure hardware in the photos.

This is an operator for a right-hand window, I need the same type for the left-hand. The only writing I can see on it is "Truth Entry Gaurd". Is this enough information with pics or do I need to completely remove it?

Hi, I believe this is a K&K assembly that has broken.

In replacing the operator I found two of the screw holes don't line exactly (previous operator was a double arm), and for some reason there is a gap in the sill too close to two of the attachment screw holes (see attached pic). The new operator is installed and works but is attached by only 3 of th ... (cont.)

These from an Eagle Window installed 19 years I was told sold to Andersen Windows ( although I have not been able to verify this). The picture is a right side crank from inside looking out. Hi there, I'm wondering if you can help. I would like to replace these two parts - they function properly but I would just like to have them in white and also have the option of a folding crank if possible. Could you help me figure out which parts to order? Thank you!

Casement window is aprox 26"w x 44"h left hand open. crank gear will open but not close. Only marking or numbers is a KK on the plastic cover. Please let me know if you need additional information. Thankyou

It won't open up or close.. I have to push it by hand to start it, and get a grip on wood to pull it completely closed

i have Truth window crank hardware. the number on the gear housing is 39471. the short arm is 20544. the long arm is 9 1/4 long. it is a rh crank. what part do i need?

I have no idea what to purchase or what I need. My window is basically stuck cranked open right now. Please help.

Entry Gard Truth ... 20755 ... If more info is needed, I will be glad to give it. I need to replace 7 or 8 of these throughout my home. Some are right and some left.

Can someone helpme need a replacement part.
