Purchased this Pella casement window in 1999 and need to purchase a hinge for this window. The picture is of me facing the window/ window swings open to the left.

Cannot find the above part on you parts list.

I am in need of a right 10 inch hinge for a pella casement window your website said you are out do you know when you will have?Also need some of the pivot screws the hinge pivots on as in photo.And the plastic hinge stop that says wash on them.I Have the shoe 39-371 and pivot plates 39-363 in my car ... We have older Pella windows 1976 vintage. The opening mechanism has two rollers at the bottom which should allow the window to be cranked open. Purchased part 39-394 but my hinge arm has difference in length of 1 3/4. Solutions

I have ordered part # 39-352 and #39-395 and the part that screws into the window is the wrong size. The size in the picture needs to be 8" and the 10" arm needs to be riveted next to the first screw hole like the picture. Do you have this part?

The support arm bolt broke. I don't believe i need a whole apparatus, but I don't know. Pella is the absolute worst! Any help would be welcome! Looking for slide rollers (part name?) for Pella casement windows that are probably 30 years old. The windows are wood with a vinyl clad exterior. This part slides along with top and bottom window sash when you crank the window open. Any help is appreciated.

I have a customer with 6 pella windows and she needs all new hardware Hinges and the sash operators. The sash crank operators are part # 39-175 and 39-176. The arm connecting the hinge is 11". Do you guys have those or can I make the 10" or 12" ones work
