Looking for a replacement lock for a rear slider. It appears to be the SS Multi-Point Mortise Latch and Keeper, Product code 82-259.Or I guess the non-stainless steel version would be the MULTI-POINT MORTISE LOCK AND KEEPER, 9-7/8"Product Code: 82-239

Replacement double hook mortise lock
Hello, I need to replace a double latch mortise lock on my sliding glass door. I have identified your multi-point mortise latch 82-259 as the most likely replacement part. However, I am concerned the 3/4" width is far wider than my approximately 1/2" opening for the replacement part. Please see atta ... (cont.)

is this slider lock set compatible with a double hook mortise ?
I need to replace the locking handles on my slider door and want to use the existing mortise which has a double hook, will this one work ? The screw holes are 3 15/16 apart on existing handle and the mortise looks similar to your 82-259. The door is 2 inches wide. Thanks !
