18-015 PGT Top Sash Guide

I need a replacement for the channel balance as well as the plastic sash clip (missing in photo). Also the rectangular punch out visible in the photo showing window width needs whatever is missing if not part of the channel balance assembly. Need balancers replaced.

I installed the balancers I received and as soon as they took the pressure of the balancers the top guides exploded. I attached a pic of what's left.

Hello. Trying to find part #2930. Bsi. Window balancers..Is there a different part # now for that part. It is 30 inches long and half inch wide on top with those extra wing plastic on sides...thanks I'll keep looking Ray

Not sure which one to get I just ordered a 2330 window balance off you guys for a PGT window

Metal channel balance bracket is 29 inches long X 1/2"-9/16th wide/width. One photo is showing the markings on the Channel balance unit

This part is at the top of the sash and the balance pushes against it.

I need the piece that has the upper part of the window that holds the balance. That piece, black, is held with a screw and has one on both sides of the window.

Can you please help me identify these parts?

NEED HELP: I do not see any markings or numbers on it. I do know that the windows are a P.G.T double pane, single hung, aluminum non-tilt window from the 90's. I have new balances for them but need these face guides. Can anyone help me with how to order some?

Hello, I am looking for the replacement channel balance for pgt window with numbers 29-4 EI5 CMC 50

Window glide. 15/16 wide. 1/2 deep. 1.5" tall.

The Length is 30" The ID number is 29-11-DM5 CMC I need two of them and the end caps on the windows I have included a picture of these as well. These windows are PTG windows not sure when they were made but it was close to 2015

I need four of the channel balances mark 29-6 and I need eight of the channel balances marked 34-9. I also need eight of the small plastic pieces of the last picture enclosed
