Only number is 29 1 stamped on it. 1/2 wide and 30" long.

I previously ordered the 5/8 sash guide from this website in hopes that I could make it work. Sadly I could not as the 5/8 is just a little smaller than this piece. I need ballast replacements for 2 Viking windows the length of the ballast is 26 inches the bottom clips are missing There is a marking of 2520. Do I need ballast for both sides of each window? I hope you can assist me.Thank you very muchBob

Looking for replacement part for non tilt window balance. The first part is from the top of the window which holds the balance in place. It is 1-1/2 in. high and 15/16 in. deep. I'm having a hard time finding a match for these sash guide caps.The lower portion is 3/8 wide. I've tried several and they are too narrow

Window balance 2930. Bought 4 the other day from you guys. This seems to be the real culprit. Screws into the window frame at top in track and holds the spring/balance from going above the window which was my primary issue. After 18 years figured I'd just replace the balances too. ... (cont.)

Hi, looking at replacing PGT channel balances and top sash guides. I think I've found the balances (S395-30) with non-tilt 1/2" 30" metal channel length. Can you confirm from my pictures?
