I have PGT windows on a house that was built in 2006. I have a few windows that have broken sash guides. Can you tell me what parts I need?

Have several PGT windows where the balancer stop is broken. Is this part available? I also need replacement balancers I have attached pics to assist.

Hi there! Looks like you need a new balance and a new top sash guide. For the balance, it would be either our S380-30 or S385-30, depending on the depth of the shoe. That's the only difference. I need four of the white things in the top corner of the window in the first picture. It seems to hold the spring slide in place. I need 52" of the white extrusion shown in the second picture. It appears to be a seal between the top and bottom windows. Thank You

Hey, I have been on the hunt for a local PGT supplier but it has been a crapshoot. Would you please help me get the correct parts for this window. I'm guessing it needs top sash guides and balances for starters. Thank you Justin

I had one of my top sash guides explode. Here's a picture of one of my good ones. I don't see anything on Swisco to match the cuts and zigs that we see on the photos.

My 12 year old windows are failing. It appears that the white plastic tabs in the corner are sun rotting and allowing the balance to jump up past the window frame. The balances appear to still load up properly but won't stay in place.

Can you help us replace this top sash guide?

I lifted the 62 by 52 PGT single pane sash window and the long metal bit from the right hand side popped out and stayed at the top of the window frame, I think it broke through the top, with difficulty push it back down with the mettabit inside the bottom window and I was able to close and lock. Please help me identify this top sash guide. It's measurements seem a little off your dimensions for comparable looking guides, like 18-176. For example, the top piece seems to be 1 inch wide, however it is worn a bit. The length seems to be 9/16. The sideview seems to be correct -5/8" inch wi ... (cont.)

Hello, I have 2 windows that require replacement channel balances. The current ones have damaged parts. Both are PGT "Non-Tilt Windows" with "1/2 inch wide" balances. The larger one is 41 inches long and reads "40 5 JS Caldwell". The smaller one is 24 inches long and reads "23 9 B.S.I. MC". The at ... (cont.)
