Looking for balances and upper sash clips for pgt windows non tilt windows bottom sash only opens. Wt of sash is 30 lbs. Glass is roughly 48 inches wide. Thank you, John Powers

I need to replace 6 channel balances on my PGT windows. The replacement part must include the top, shoe, spring and cord as shown in the photos. The PGT part number for each channel balance is as follows: 23-9 HV Qty=2 29-4 JV Qty=4

The length of the bar is 29" I was given your companies name by another customer who had similar issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You Mike

The number on the stamp is c 2740 , i major the metal parts is 28 inc , what should i buy from you guys? Also ill need same model but 34 inc!!!

Need help identifying the correct channel balance and top end pieces to purchase for a PGT single hung window. the balance is 30" long and 5 1/6 wide. I have a couple of pictures attached.

I think my sash guide is close to your 18-015. If not, please let me know. My concern is the side view. I am not sure if it will fit into my windows. I am wondering if I can get a sample before I buy 30+ pieces?

I have a non-tilt PGT window that I am trying to remove because the channel balance is stuck. I have watched a couple of your videos and as a result was able to successfully remove the channel balance on the right side. However, the one on the left side still stuck (see photo). Need help identifying these Channel guides. PGT windows. Just ordered two new channel balances for the window but that apparently wasn't the issue (27" Series 380 Channel Balance S380-27 option: 2630). These channel guides are broken at the top. Measure 5/8" wide and are 15/16" tall and 1/4" thick ... (cont.)

Attached are photos of the window sash guide. Your sash guide 18-015 seems to be the closest fit for this window based on all the dimensions I measured, although it is slightly different in design. Please advise if this is the proper guide to order.

Windows outside frame dimensions are 43" x 61-1/2". The channel balance I am holding in my hand measures 30-1/16" metal plus nylon piece on each end. This appears to be Series 395 with option 3630. Will need four of these items if they are available. Thank you Ralph

From PGT single hung. Guide is white thermoplastic, the number "5" the only embossed marking. Body width is 13/16 (width of channel on window frame). 1 9/16 total height. Thanks!
