Window Channels
Hello,I purchased items 39-412 & 39-413 for my window. The window channel that is on the window is too shallow for these parts. The current channel measure 13 3/4 x 5/8 x 1/8. It seams that we need new ones that are 13 3/4 x 5/8 x 1/4 Would this be the part that I would need to order? SS 13-3/4" ... (cont.)

Casement window operator
Need a replacement right handed operator, 9" arm. Photos of similar window operator attached. Another similar operator has a tag JEL-N-555, but this is a different window (same window type and build) in the house. I actually only need the roller on the end of the arm, if that's repalceable. 39-412 is almost right for the 2420 LH
The 39-412 is almost perfect--the only difference I can see vs. an Andersen 2420 LH is the direction of the offset bend. The 2420 bend down, your 39-412 bends up. Is the arm of the 39-412 user-swappable? I.e.: might I be able to change a RH arm into this unit upside down? This would also need the ... (cont.)

Help me my Windows
I have few windows with the arm showing in the pictures below. I rarely open my windows because the plastic wheel on the arm keeps coming off from the rail attached to the window. I already had an incident (the wind blew the window wide open and broke it on the impact). I replaced one of the arm b ... (cont.)

norco window truth hardware
Thanks for writing in. To start, review our 39-413 & 39-412 operators. Like your old operator, they have an offset in the link arm that goes up. The arms are 9-1/2" long. Go over all the specifications listed and see if you think these are what you're looking for. They are compatible with the 39 ... (cont.)

076-N-330 Norco D-Series Window Operator
Hey, I am looking for casement operators for Norco D-series windows. The number stamped on the hardware is 076-N-330. They use the typical single arm truth hardware. The single arm is about 8-9" long (didn't really know where to measure it from.)

Truth Operator for Norco Casement Window
I have a Norco casement window with a broken Truth operator. I identified the operator as a right hand 15.08 - with a 9 1/2" offset arm. I work in the industry so I am familiar with the hardware. I did not see it on the current Truth web site, so it may have been discontinued or replaced with a diff ... (cont.)
