This is a right hand piece that holds the window in the groove when you open to clean the window. Well it holds it to slide up and down. The company just went out of business

Which part should I order to replace the broken pivot lock shoe? I included a picture of the unbroken one and the connecting piece as well.

I'm thinking I need Tilt latches 26-442? Pivot bars either 26-405 or 26-226? Pivot shoes 15-215? Can I just replace the pivot shoe and use the old coil balance? If so how to separate it from the coil balance, I didn't see that in your videos only how to remove the shoe from a different type of coil ... (cont.)

The depth of my pivot shoe measures at 17/32. The options I see for parts are either 1/2 or 9/16. I am inclined to think I should order the 9/16 based upon the note calling stating that the 9/16 is decimal equivalent .540 (over a half inch). Howdy, Engineer here (handy, but I've never worked on windows before). Moved into a place and some of the windows need a number of new parts- tilt latches totally lost to UV (cracked and fell in), some pivot shoes that are just totally seized (and broke one attempting to unseize it), and pivot bars ... We're thinking we need a new pivot lock based on the part that's snapped off but can't seem to find how best to search for a replacement part. I can't seem to find a manufacturer on the window or sticker but have all the ID information enclosed in the picture.

Parts I received are too small. Can I return and try again?

I have identical windows in my house that are missing these parts in the picture as well as the pivot bars to go with the pivot lock shoe in the picture. If you could help find the correct parts that would be great so we can put an order together.
