The metal cam broke on the pivot shoe for my WindowWorld vinyl double hung tilt-in window.

We've just had a coil balance make a loud "snap" noise and appear at the bottom of the window slide, once I opened the window. Is this coil balance something that would have broken and fallen down, or is it something that may have let go and may be able to be reset back in place? Thanks in advance ... (cont.)

Trying to replace broken pivot balance shoe for a vinyl window. I ordered part 15-215 and all fits except the old broken cam has an internal slot that the pivot arm slides into and engages when I install the window and it locks into the cam. Is there a similar part that has a cam with a slot as the ... (cont.)

The part on the very left is like the cover of the entire part... I accidently broke off the top portion while taking it out, just wondering if theres a part for it? I can't identify the manufacturer but both right and left pivot locks are broken. The springs are still good. What pivot lock do you recommend, and will I need to replace the pivot bars?

I have 2 broken stops and one lower hinge. Please advise.
