S395-28 28" Series 395 Channel Balance

I need both the left and right balancers. It appears that the top plastic has wings while the shoe does not. It also appears that the shoe is a 15-001 (1-1/8") and the top is perhaps a 19-005. The channel is 1/2" x 28" long. Jack

Need to replace this window balance. I've check this website and couldn't find a match. Some description: 1/2 inch wide, 28 inch long, see picture for the top (maybe 19-005) and the shoe (maybe 15-002). Please advice. Thanks.

I have attached a photo of my broken window glide. Can you help Id the parts I need to repair the window. The window would not close evenly there was a large gap on one side.
