S395-28 28" Series 395 Channel Balance

Hi. I need repair parts for an ADAMCO window. The channel is 28" long, 5/8" tall on the side, and 9/16" on the narrow side. It's a single-hung window. Pictures are attached. The number stamped on the channel is: a 2740. I need to know if the plastic parts, spring, block and tackle, etc. are in ... (cont.)

The metal part of the Channel is 28in long, 1/2in wide. #2720 is stamped on Channel. I think your S395 Channel is the one I need. What do you think? Regards, Brent

Hello, Swisco team. We have a window that has a cannel balance 2730 BSI and another one 2740 BSI. The length of them is 28" without the inserts.

I didn't include the picture but the width is 1/2"

What replacement would you recommend for this? Stamped number is 2740. Thank you.

Hello, Here are 2 pair of springs I removed from 2 windows. They're 1/2 inch wide by 28 inches long (not including nylon end pieces). What part numbers do I need to replace them? Thanks, Justin
