There is a stamp on the side of the old one: 28 3 EW CMC 4 which one do I need?

Hi looking for two sets of channel balances plus the window part that holds the balance in place as shown in the photos attached. The windows are single hung. They seem heavy.

I need to replace both of my balances for my Viking window.

I have several windows (about 8 windows) that need the balancer replaced. I'm pretty confident I can replace them following you tube tutorials if I get the correct replacement parts.

Atrium window channel balance

I'm trying to fix a window that has been broken for a few years now. Upon inspection, one of the balances has a messed pulley so they'll both need to be replaced.
