Hello I need to replace two window channel balances. The print on them is 28 3 dv cmc 7, the metal part appears to measure 29 inches though. (I am relatively unfamiliar with window channel balances so the 28 print versus the 29 inch measurement is confusing me) The window weighs around 40 lb. I ... (cont.)
