I am looking for a channel balance replacement for a Viking non-tilt window. The stamp on the aluminum window frame between the glass reads "VIKING/TEMPSEAL A.L.I. VI-1 CLASS A". Steel channel measures 29" long. By the foot is stamped 2810. I am having trouble selecting the right combination of top and foot. It looks like the Top is a 19-005 and the Bottom is a 15-001. I can help you pick out the right balance for your window. Take a look at the 15-001 and 15-002 and tell me which is a closer match to the shoe on your broken window balance.

29 inch long, with 2830 then an upside down G and then a vertical B.S.I I found some options on your site but they seem to be "close" and I was concerned about getting the exact fit. Please confirm what I should order.

I have a 2830 with what I think is a 15-001 shoe. (1 inch x 1 and 1/8 inch) Not so sure about the top piece number. What series balance do I need? Many thanks, Kevin

I need to replace the non-tilt window channel balances in my 1990 Viking windows as most are a huge struggle to close. The channel balance shoes, tops and caps are all the same.
