I only have a couple of damaged balances and the rest are missing from the windows all together. They are 29" long, and 9/16" wide. The guide shown in the above picture is just hanging loose. When you go to open the window, it opens very hard and pulls to the side where this guide is located. Looks like the guide is broken or has come loose. Do you have this part available, and do you have instructions on how to replace it? Than ... (cont.)

Track is 29" long and has the numbers 28300 on it

home depot viking window. 28-3 ER Caldwell stamp on the balance. 29 " in lenght. channel 1/2 " wilth.

Need two of these parts, 29" long (metal part). From Viking vertical slider windows. Stamp on the side is "28301"

I need a 15 (metal length) window lift for a Viking 1420 BSI CG.

I think is is series 395. The actual window weights 20lbs.

I need to replace both of my up/down window channel balance. I do not know the manufacturer of the window but it's about 20 years old. Also, the windows did not have the take out clips; Is that normal to not have them or perhaps the installer to remove them? Thanks.
