S395-35 35" Series 395 Channel Balance

I have Swisscom windows and the mechanism on the sides of the windows have broken. As I understand it, I need the following parts: SWISCO PN S395-35 Option 3420 When I search on your site, this part number does not come up.

Marking on windows say: 34 5 KW CMC 11 Length of metal: 35" Width of metal: 0.5" We need for 6 windows, both sides. Total = 12 window channel balances. The windows say "PGT" on them. They are non-tilt windows. Thank you for your help.

I have a Viking metal window made in 1996. 35" by 1/2" balance. I think I need an S395-35. Also a top guide. Present balance stamped 3440. Windows are hard to pull down to shut. Is it possible to get one with less resistance? Thank you, Dan Lind

Left sash balance came loose and was removed. The hook is missing; may still be in the window channel. Do not want to remove the window without replacing the balances as there is no screen. It's also difficult to remove the sash. Can you identify the correct replacement balances from the photos? If ... (cont.)

As close as I can tell this is an ALCAN balance rod part number 3420. I can also barely make out the letter J and possibly a 7. Metal portion of the rod is 35 inches long. Thank you for taking a look at this.

One of my channel springs broke. I would like to replace both for a window. The channel markings are 34-3 IX CMC 11. I am also looking to replace the broken stop at the top of the window.The old channel is 35" long, 5/8" deep and 5/8" wide.

Hi - I have Atrium windows. I am looking for replacement balances for two single-hung windows. I have two different problems. Window 1 doesn't stay open when the window is raised.
