Need to replace this latch. It is from a CertainTeed window installed in 2006.

My fireman window when pulled out to clean does not slide evenly. It appears the plastic slide is cracked and no longer connected to the actual window. It just stays in the track and does not move. Both of my big windows are currently having the same issue. Please help

Pivot bar measures 3 1/16"L x 5/16"w x 5/32"D. Holes are spaced 11/16" and 1 11/16" from the pointed end. No visible numbers or markings Pivot block measures 9/16"D x 1 1/4"W x 2 3/32" L. Universal left or right hand. Tilt lock measures 7/16"D x 11/16"W x 2 5/8"L.

Windows are about 10 years old. Manufacturer does not make them anymore. Roughly 11/16" wide x 3/8" deep x 2-5/8" long
