Wanted to verify parts for a Silver Line 1200 window. Pics attached. Looks like a 26-040 and a 26-192 might be the parts, but was wondering if you could confirm before ordering the parts I need. Thank you.

Getting ready to move and these windows have taken a beating. Need to get them cleaned up and ready to sell, but I don't know how to find what I need.

I have a slider window on my porch and the rollers are missing. I also have a housewhole of windows that use parts #26-243 and 26-244. Do you have a catalog on window rollers and which of the above parts are for the right or left side of the windows?

I live in a condo and do not know the name of the windows I have. One of my neighbors think the name might be patriot windows. I tried to measure the latch and it looks like 2 10/16 x 11/16 and it sides in. Can you help me ? Thank You paul B

Our house was new in 2001. We have a number of inoperable single hung Patriot windows. I do not know the Model of the windows. The major problem is the Block and Tackle Rod Balances are broken. Hello, I have a broken tilt in window latch and have no idea how to remove it or what type latch I should order. It looks like it would just slide out. I have attached pics of both a broken latch and a good latch. Thanks for your help.
