I need to replace this in my windows.

I have Simonton windows installed in 2000. I need (4) left tilt tab replacements and (1) coil spring ballast replacement. Please see att ached pictures and advise. Please ask any questions needed to identify replacement parts. Thanks in advance.

The window tilt latches are around 18 years old. There are no markings on the windows. I will need quite a few sets of the latches . The latch is a slide in that's 2 3/4 in. Long 5/8 in. Patent #5,139,291 The picture with the measurements is a replacement part I bought that fit well but the extending latch part was too wide. and I have to find another.

Believe this is a dimension 1 model. Side shoe has damaged cover and needs replacement. Pictures are from undamaged side. Springs are 1mm wide and 3mm in diameter. Also need window latches.
