While I was able to identify our channels as 12in wide, 28in long, with likely a 19-005 on top and stamped "2740 3SI AJ", I cannot match the shoe and subsequently any balance series in your catalog. Stamp 2520 26" balance Top shoe appears to be 19-005 Bottom shoe looks like 15-003, but dimensions are 1 1/16" not the 1 3/16" depicted in your diagrams. Hello! We need 4 of these balances for now. They are channel balances for non-tilt single hung windows. Balances are: 1/2" wide 29-1/4" long (measurement of metal only) pictures attached to figure out which series (I have more pics if you need them).

as pictured the plastic guides are broke but look similar to 19-002 and not sure what difference is between 15-001 or -002 etc. also pictured but not so clear is 28 4 and KH stamped on balance. Leo

I am unsure what brand of window I have in my 1997 home. My guess was Milgard, but was told by the lumber company (found an old sticker) that it may be a Weathervane which is out of business. I was looking at getting either the 380 or 351 channel balance, but one has wings on both tips and the other doesn't have any. The ones I'm replacing have wings on the top, but not the bottom. Which should I get?
