Hello, I have a window (unknow manufacturer) that is missing a pivot pin on one side. I have uploaded pictures. The spiral balance is green. I've added a picture of the shoe which is green as well. I did not see anything that matched. Can you please advise me? Thank you..

I purchased new spiral balances from you but it turns out i need some replacement "shoes" the ones I need have a metal piece at the top that is bent, broken or missing. My window wouldn't go up and down, as I will find out one of the pivot bars is broken. I might be using the wrong terms :). I will appreciate if you can help identify this hardware as I will like to replace it in all my windows

Hello, I need to know what sash or tilt pin goes with 15-211 17/32" thick pivot shoe part number. my original tilt pin or bar does not match my new pivot shoes(15-211). Thank you so much for your help. I uploaded some photos of my old pin and the new pivot shoes.

I recently order some 3/8" thickness pivot shoes not stopping to think that cam size varied. The part I ordered (15-045) fits the vinyl window frame/slot but not the metal cams on the sides of the window itself. I just measured these and they appear to be 7/16 by 5/16. What pivot bar replacement do you recommend for a Boreal double hung window. The pivot bar is 3 inches long, 9/16 inches wide that tapers down to about 5/16 inches. The thickness is 3/16 inch. Pictures are attached.
