Am trying to locate pivot bar for the S770-28C balance

My current channel window balance is ribbed, for a tilt window, 28inches 1/2 by 3/8 and has a 28D and a B61 (sideways) and TB stamped on it. Can you identify it? We ordered one and it is not the correct one.My husband says the width of the channel is apx 7/16 instead of 1/2. so 7/16 by 3/8. thank Y ... (cont.)

The customer said that the window brand is MGM.

Looking to locate replacement part for window due to pivot pins breaking. Pin is 2-1/2" long with hole 2" from T-head. Offset in piece is 7/16". Can find similar straight replacement pins but none with an offset. I have 18 similar windows and looking to purchase replacement pins for all. Not certain ... (cont.)

A sash pin has broken on one of our double hung windows. The pics are attached of it. The windows were installed by a company (Homefix corporation) that I think is out of business. Vinyl window channel balance.. The "top" is mounted to window frmae via screw and the "bottom" connection is the plastic hook assembly with the drop in metal piece shown. The frame of the unit is a ridged channel and the length is 30" for the metal frame. The width of the unit is: 7/16" inside, 1/2 ... (cont.)

I ordered the S795-28 option 28C and the 26-021 pivot bars. The balance shoes don't go far enough into the jamb to be able to turn it. Any suggestions?

Looking to identify these for replacement measuring 34 inches long, and window frame marked arrow space 2006.

I think the pivot bar is 26-448 and the shoe is 15-230. The metal springs is smaller than S-795. Thank you,James

This strange shape pivot bar is not available from the manufacture. The shape of the end of the bar that goes in the shoe (shown above) must have the correct width so it turns in the shoe and be flat so it drops into the shoe. We have many windows in our house with broken window channel pieces like those in the photos. I believe the company that made the windows went bankrupt....not surprising given the number of failures in my house. I would like to get the replaced if possible. Thoughts???

Ribbed Channel, 34" long, Stamped 34B 60-950 Clip Tilt Shoe is Stamped Pat#4610108, width is just shy of 1", depth just shy of 1/2" Pivot Bar looks like 62-828

Stamped on the u-channel holding the spring is three lines of print: 28C 3.S.I RO The insulated sash measure 29Wx30.25H Two pulleys, string, and a 15x3/8 spring in u-channel, held in with pins/rivets. The sash clip-in has also failed (unsure how to remove). Thanks

Needing this window balance in two sizes , weights. 1- 28c ( 28 in long ) 4 -34b (34 in long) Balance track is right about 1/2 inch wide, just a little shy of 1/2 inch height. The shoe is about 1 inch wide at widest point ,maybe 7/16 thick Also need one pivot pin Jim S
