Hi I have a channel balance measuring 29 inches in length. About 1/2" wide. Back if sash reads 27 4 11 gw cmc. Can't find the exact length in your catalog. There is a white cord in the inner base and spring. Thanks Cathy

Can't seem to find this one. The dimensions are 1 and 3/4" long, 5/8" wide. Top square is 3/8" wide by 1/4" high First hole from bottom is 5/8" and an additional 1/2" between the two holes measured from center of holes I am replacing Caldwell balances as well, the marking on it is 17 3 with n ... Hi My channel is 25" long and has a width of 1/2" and has B.S.I. 2430 stamped on it.

I need to replace two channel balances. Both are labeled 26 4 FP Caldwell. They are 27 inches long. Pictures of the plastic attachments are attached. Thank you for the helpful video on how to remove the channel balance.

Please assist identifying the correct part to order, 2 are needed. Also, on another window with the same problem, the person that installed the shutters put them too deep in the frame, and there is no way to pop the window out. I think i have determined that I need a S380-34 channel balancer. This comes with the 15-005 shoe attached, but i think i would need the 15-004. Would that option ship to me attached instead of the 15-005? Presume the top shoe does not need to change. BTW, my old balance has a stamp on it that say ... (cont.)

I need a 1/2" wide channel balance, 28 inches long for a non-tilt Atrium window. I need the shoe and top attached. I think the part I need is a Product Code: S380-28. Do you think that is correct? I think mine are either style 380 or 385. The number stamped on the side is 2690 and I did not see that listed..... will need for 3 or 4 windows..... thanks Otto

This balance is for a 3' x 5' aluminum single hung window. The metal channel of the balance measures 27". The stamp on the balance reads 26 4 FN CALDWELL. Do you sell a replacement? Thanks, Zack
