Balances are approximately 34 inches long with 1/2 inch channel. They are stamped with 34D BSI BT and 36D BSI BT. need 10 each.

Each spring assembly is 9/16" wide and 26" long. There are two so I believe the channel is 1-1/8" total. These are on hurricane windows in Florida. I guess that's why all the plastic parts are failing.

Not seeing the “end “that connects to the window frame listed in the website.

Thanks for Your Help! I am fixing my window and this balance is broke on the other side of the window. I need to know were to buy one. The metal is 28" long .5" wide and .5" deep with the "end" connector shown in uploaded photo. Thanks!

Hi, I have a customer that has a broken rope on their window balance and they claim it is a Hurd Window but my guys could not find anything on the windows mentioning a brand name. Can you tell by these pictures if you would have a replacement balance for these? Thank you!

(2004) balance string and spring rivot broke on on right side of my kitchen window (PICS). Do you have a balance replacement for BSI 34B that will fit my pivot? Hello, I'm hoping you folks can assist. I need to replace the shoe pivots (not sure if this is the correct name), and ideally I would replace just the bottom pieces of the balances. Looks similar to a few you have listed. Shoe 1/2 " deep, approximately 3/4 wide.

I have a missing piece, I think it is the sash? The stamp is 28C BSI vrIt is 29 in if I am measuring correctly.Can I purchase the necessary part from you? What is the turnaround time?Thanks for a prompt response! Tim

Hi, I am looking to order some replacement balancers in these two variations. I see there are codes 27B and 27C. The length is 27" + the clips and the width appears to be 1/2". Can you direct me on which replacement balancers to order?

These are from Atrium Series 450 vinyl double hung window. If the plastic piece in top left photo is available I can snap it in to replace broken part. The width of the channel is 9/16".
