Hi, I need to replace this part on a single hung tilt in window. It comes in left and right. Do you have a replacement part #. It attaches to the bottom of the window. Thanks

This is a balance from a SEMCO wood double hung. The code on the balance is 30HB BSI Inc. The balance is actually 32 3/16" long. I would like to know if you carry this balance/ shoe combination, or if your model 751 will work as a replacement.

I am unable to determine the manufacture of my window, block and tackle channel is broken, not sure what to order for parts.The channel is 24" long and 1/2" wide raised center bevel. This a 36x24 double hung, single sash weighing 25lbs.Thank you Stephen

I am looking for 10 sets of sash balances (10 left in 10 right if different) approximately 70s vintage. They are a string and spring construction that rides in the vinyl sash guides. Do you happen to have this part? My windows are Anderson, I've lived in my home for 28 years, so I'm assuming these are contractor grade windows.
