Took a picture of what I could find of the broken parts. The sash balances have 36ds 49L stamped on them and the cam pivots are about 1 13/16 high 1/2 wide and 13/16 deep. Hopefully you can help me find the proper replacements, I would appreciate any help!

I have a Loewen double hung window in which both attachment pivots for the lower pane have broken. The balance springs for both sides have now spring upwards. Looking for the correct window balance shoe and channel balance. The window channel balance has 32A stamped on it. Picture below show both items. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

The piece I'm looking for seems to be made of brass or bronze. Two screws hold it in place at the bottom corners of the window. It's like an "ear" that slides into the track that also works the pulls that suspend the window up.

This is a side mount pivot pin length 1-3/4" width 5/8" screw centers are 3/4". Do you have this part or a replacement that will work. Please let me know Thank you Lester
