Hi, Trying to replace this balance and pin(s) for the lower sash of a double window. The windows were installed ~2006 when the building was built. I am looking to replace the cam pivots in my 25 windows. I purchased one set of 26-150 : Cam Pivot Pair in the metal material but as you can see from my photo, mine are made of Nylon. The window tilts. The channel balance stamp has markings "21TG" and "DB 102". The channel balance is white in color and 22 inches long and ribbed. The channel balance has a width of 9/16". Hello, I'm trying to identify this pivot part for replacement. This is a picture of the intact one. The other side is broken.

The clip on the lower sash is worn and I would like to buy replacement parts. The clip will not engage with the sprung assembly, and the windows are difficult to raise with only one spring working.

The pins are from windows installed around 1995. I can't find any identifying numbers or names on the window. The bottom portion of the pin has a slope to it.

The numbers on the channel - 27TG 8SI NC. What part is this - it is metal to metal 28" long and 1/2" wide

I have Atrium windows in my home which are 29 years old. Some of the metal pivot parts have broken. The plastic slides and the weather strips along the window frame are also broken. Do you carry the parts for Atrium windows?

I need the part that is on the window it's self, that sets on the balancer, it is on the right side of the window. I don't know if there is a left or right side to these.
