hello, I'm looking for a replacement pivot bar for my Peachtree tilt-in double hung casement window. Please see attached pictures, the pivot bracket attaches with two screws to the side of the window, it is a flush mount not recessed. Can you please help me?Thanks, don

I have many Lincoln double hung windows in my home. These have the sash liner balances with the coil spring and the tilting pin stops with the sharp points (see photos). Many of the liner stops are damaged. Is it possible to get replacement tilt stops?

Looking for a pair of pivot shoes which are missing from one of our windows. The window drops down when opened. Pictures of pivot are attached. Dimensions are not known. Please help.

Our house has double-hung wood Jeld-wen windows. One of the uploaded pictures shows the overall window. I believe I need a 751 balance. These are for Malta windows. I see the balance knife lock shoe 15-014 that looks like the shoe in the broken windows I have. I see a shoe attached to the 751 balance but it looks like it is 90 degrees off? There is a "20" stamped on the balances I need to replace. ... (cont.)

Dimensions 1 1/8 X 3/8, prong is 3/8" tall.

Semco Double hung with broken balance pivot shoe. Pivot shoe is blue. The number on the balance is q22TG the color of the balance is white and it is ribbed channel. The pivot pin on the sash is also broken and the long screw that holds it in is bent.

The top back pane of my window does not stay up immediately slides down. The attached photos are top/bottom left and right. There is a stamp on the window that says caradco corp 12/81.
