26-393B Tilt Latch Pair

I need to purchase two pivot pins for the top sash of a double hung window. I think the pin matches this one-flared pivot bar 2 1/2" 26-412. the original pin on one side broke off inside the pivot shoe and I don't know how to get it out of the shoe. Manufacturer sent me the block and tackle balance to repair my window but did not send the rest of the parts for repair. Can you help me so I can get this window repaired. It is a single hung window. Thank you.

I need 3 pair of the inverted channel balances with the T shoe. stamped on it was "26-5 TD BSIN". I also need 2 pair of the plastic snaps. they measure 5/8ths wide and 2 3/8ths long. please let me know if you need anything else and also how to order. thanks joe

The windows are Silverline. I am unable to locate any numbers, or markings on the existing hardware. Tilt latches are broken, so unable to tilt windows in for cleaning. Balance parts that keep the window up when open are broken.

Hello. I would like to know if you can identify Window Locks and Window Pivot for my American Craftsman windows. I purchased my windows from home Depot 20 years ago and these components have become brittle and crack. Any help is greatly appreciated.
