Local contractor recommended you. I've attached three photos ( 2 left and 1 right sides) of double pane split window. Hi, these were originally purchased from home depot, american craftsman, about 15 years ago. Sizes is 2 3/8" x 11/16". Need both right and left side.

The windows are Silverline. I am unable to locate any numbers, or markings on the existing hardware. Tilt latches are broken, so unable to tilt windows in for cleaning. Balance parts that keep the window up when open are broken.

Hello. I would like to know if you can identify Window Locks and Window Pivot for my American Craftsman windows. I purchased my windows from home Depot 20 years ago and these components have become brittle and crack. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I could not find a brand on the window. I need 2 latches and 2 cams

This is 2 5/8" long. The top is 11/16" wide. The bottom is 9/16" wide. The height is 7/16". I don't see the same one on your site, but I may have overlooked it. Our house is about 20 years old, so I imagine these latches are also about that age.

I am reasonably certain that my windows are Silverline brand. Both the Finger latch and the Balance Shoe are from the right hand side of the window when looking at the window from the inside.

need replacement vinyl window tilt locks with or without screws measuring 2 1/4" long by 5/8"

Hello,Can you please help me find the right parts? I measured the width of these shoes to be 1.25" and the depth of the rail the shoe does in is 17/32". The window tilt latch measure 2 3/8" overall.Thanks,Jamie

I have vinyl double pane clear glass tilt windows in my house. Some of the tilt windown latches are broken. how should I decide which tilt latch size do I need to replace the old one? 26393 or 26393B or any other. Please help. Thank You.
