I need to replace 5 coil spring ballances and 5 tilt locks for America Craftsman Windows. The Sashes are 50" W 24" H with hurricane glass (heavy) I guess about 40 lbs

I started having issues with one of the windows in my home staying open and then not wanting to close all the way. After looking into it, I realized the coil balance had broken on one side and others were bent, so was looking into replacement parts. Seems like this is not something I can just find ... (cont.)

looking for a few sets of these balancers and pivot pins. The pivot pin in the picture are good. the other side is broke. There are 2 coils in the balaner. It has a T shape on the end of the coil. I looked on your website but did not see similar items. Thanks for any help.

About two and a half inches long, one end is more T shaped, the other more square, a round ish tab sticking out just below the T part, and a single screw hole. I have a window number #1002231142. On the actual coil it says: sm 6 d 8 23:48 35" I am looking for this part. I think it has 3 coils in each assembly. Also do you have a video on how to replace this specific part on this window? Thanks!

The lower part of the window weighs about 14.5 lbs, and its vertical length is 20 inches. Please advise me of the part size that I have to purchase. Thank you.

The latch is on a 47" SH window. You list several. Do I need to measure the existing? Also, if you look at the picture, it shows the spring holder is above the top of the window frame which caused the latch to break. Can the window spring holder be lowered below the window top? Window weight is 17.6 pounds. The part does not have any numbers Need two window bouncers are left and a right for bottom window. The size of the window is 28 x 32 1/4 no name on the window.

I need a spring replacement the one in the photo broke and won't pull up the window. The window I believe is from American craftsman

Believe this is from an Atrium window about 10 years old. Spring has a marking that is 7.5# 35". There are some other numbers that are difficult to make out. The window weighs about 15#. The holders appear to be in working order but both springs are broken and bent. Springs are 1/2" wide. ... (cont.)
