These are off of a Pella 27.5x 37.5 bathroom window. Looking for replacement parts. Stamp on coil is hard to make out, looks like "5"

I have a BF Rich Window (code: BFR; Rating:H-R55; Series: Cabernet DH; & MST: 3550) that will not stay up. The measurements are as follows: W-31.625"; H-36.750"; & C-18.375" with a coil balance system. I need parts for both sides of this window. I believe Pivot Shoe is a 15-228. I believe ... (cont.)

I want to see if I could get this balance before I attempt to remove it. It doesn't have the cut out in the track to get it out so I'm going to try to pound a wedge in there to spread it enough to remove it but only if I can get the part, do you have this part? thanks

The parts are to help keep the window in place when you open it. They help to stop the window from slamming,& keep the window in the place it was opened to.i was told at Home Depot that the parts were only available online I have sent in a photo of the clip that has four numbers on it 5535 hope ... I think these may be Simonton windows, but I am not entirely sure. This counter balance is broken.
