I think these may be Simonton windows, but I am not entirely sure. This counter balance is broken.

I have BF Rich windows .I need to replace the gaskets on the windows they are falling apart they are 28 3/4 "long also need a new latch that the window locks into it won't slide up. Thank you Mike

I believe these are American brand windows purchaced through Home Depot, they are about ten years old. The windows are imposible to open! They are hurricane rated, very heavy.
