I believe these are American brand windows purchaced through Home Depot, they are about ten years old. The windows are imposible to open! They are hurricane rated, very heavy. They made it through storms IAN, Debbie, Helene and Milton. Additionally, is there any kind of lubricant I should use when r ... (cont.)

I need 4 coil balancers and the coil that goes with each one. I have uploaded pictures of the front and back of the shoe and the top. Can you please help me identify.

The spring assembly has the number 3 on the back of the plastic housing. The pivot shoe did not have any markings. There were no markings or labels found on the windows. The ruler in the pictures of the removed part show the dimensions.

What do I need to order to replace these pivot shoes and pivot bars in the photos? I do not know the name of the manufacturer of the windows. Pics of broken pivot bar and a pivot shoe.
