This is for a bathroom, double hung window with a single window balance. The tip of the bronze coil spring broke. (This seems to be a recurrent issue with different windows and brands.) What do we need to order in order to repair the window (we've done this in the past). Thanks

looking to replace a broken balancer but don't know the window manufacturer. Can you determine what brand of parts needed?

Have a slider and a coil that may need to be replaced for vinyl windows in a house just purchased. The Coil has Patent No. 5,232,208 and 5,365,638 (as best as I can read) but the slider has no markings that I can see. Please let me know what part numbers these are as well as costs. Attached pictures show damage to both balance and pivot assemblies. Just took pics of one window. Looking at the rest of the house there are multiple instances(at least six) of the balance assembly not in its proper location. I need to find these parts. Windows are not opening at all.they are tilt windows. I have to pry them open.

I have two broken coil balances in each of two window frames, and I need a little guidance on selecting and installing replacement parts. The windows both weigh 16 pounds, one is 25" tall and the other 28". The top part says #9.0. The springs and snapped down to the shoes, and they read #9.0 and 35" ... (cont.)
