This is for a bathroom, double hung window with a single window balance. The tip of the bronze coil spring broke. (This seems to be a recurrent issue with different windows and brands.) What do we need to order in order to repair the window (we've done this in the past). Thanks

looking to replace a broken balancer but don't know the window manufacturer. Can you determine what brand of parts needed?

Have a slider and a coil that may need to be replaced for vinyl windows in a house just purchased. The Coil has Patent No. 5,232,208 and 5,365,638 (as best as I can read) but the slider has no markings that I can see. Please let me know what part numbers these are as well as costs. metal broke on the balance - can't figure out what this is on your site

This is from a Simonton double hung window. I have multiple windows that I cannot leave open because the above piece has broken in some way. Attached pictures show damage to both balance and pivot assemblies. Just took pics of one window. Looking at the rest of the house there are multiple instances(at least six) of the balance assembly not in its proper location.
