My bottom sash of my window does not stay up. As soon as you pull the window up, it immediately falls down. They are Simonton double hung windows. The right side balance shoe is broken. The plastic housing has shattered. It will no longer hold the window up. I need to know the part number so that I can order a new one. Thank you.

I am lookin for the coil balance and shoe for this tandem balance application. Not sure on the end tab compared to what you show in the catalog for this type balance. Coil is stamped 8 . Window appears to have been forcibly removed shearing off the springs to the window balance. Balance body and shoe appear undamaged.The springs are marked as 6.5 x 35, and #7.5 x 35" respectively.I need the two sets of springs to repair this window balance.Please advise.James

Hi, Both sides of our window has coils broken. Coils are still attached to foot but not to middle leverage. I don't know what I need to order from your website. Still looking for brand of windows.

I don't know the manufacturer. There are no markings. Two photos are on one side, the other photo is the other side. Also the "pins" on the widow that slide into the balance are gone(corroded away).

Need a pivot shoe, 9/16 deep x 1 1/4" wide. Hieght doesn't really matter. Just need the slotted top corner to allow the coil tensioner to lock in place
