Attached pictures show damage to both balance and pivot assemblies. Just took pics of one window. Looking at the rest of the house there are multiple instances(at least six) of the balance assembly not in its proper location. I have two broken coil balances in each of two window frames, and I need a little guidance on selecting and installing replacement parts. My bottom sash of my window does not stay up. As soon as you pull the window up, it immediately falls down. They are Simonton double hung windows.
