I need a spring replacement the one in the photo broke and won't pull up the window. The window I believe is from American craftsman

Believe this is from an Atrium window about 10 years old. Spring has a marking that is 7.5# 35". There are some other numbers that are difficult to make out. The window weighs about 15#. The holders appear to be in working order but both springs are broken and bent. Springs are 1/2" wide. ... (cont.)

Coil balance 5.365.638i don't know manufacturer. As you can see the channel guide doesn't have cut area for me to remove the hardware - it runs top to bottom. Do I need to cut an exit? I made a cutout to remove coil and shoe. The window weighs approximately 11lbs.

We are needing to replace this.

I want to see if I could get this balance before I attempt to remove it. It doesn't have the cut out in the track to get it out so I'm going to try to pound a wedge in there to spread it enough to remove it but only if I can get the part, do you have this part? thanks
