the coil is broken and we need to replace single hung window

Looking for a replacement part

Coil balance 5.365.638i don't know manufacturer. As you can see the channel guide doesn't have cut area for me to remove the hardware - it runs top to bottom. Do I need to cut an exit? I made a cutout to remove coil and shoe. The window weighs approximately 11lbs.

We are needing to replace this.

Can you Please help me with those parts ? number on spring is #8 thanks in advance

I want to see if I could get this balance before I attempt to remove it. It doesn't have the cut out in the track to get it out so I'm going to try to pound a wedge in there to spread it enough to remove it but only if I can get the part, do you have this part? thanks

The parts are to help keep the window in place when you open it.
